I am an Art Teacher by day and a Wildlife Photographer at all other times.  My passion is capturing the beauty I see around me in the great Northern parts of Minnesota.  Birds, especially in flight, are my favorite but I enjoy capturing anything else that may come along.   I am lucky enough to live next to one of the best birding sites in Minnesota, the Sax-Zim Bog.  This is where I take the majority of my photos, though I am always looking to expand my birding areas.
